The food is great. Probably would go more often if they were open when they said they were - but I regularly show up at 6:15 only to find the doors locked and the lights off, despite people visibly working inside. Posted hours say 6
Bagel One makes GREAT bagels. Unfortunately however, the cleanliness of the seating area is getting pretty poor. We had to clean the table in our seating area as it was pretty bad. Take a look at the pictures of the floor and the ceiling as well.If the cleanliness in the seating area is declining, should we be concerned with the cleanliness behind the counter into the kitchen?The service is also starting to slide. The food is reasonable for a little sandwich shop. I enjoy it. The last several times I’ve been in there are two young girls behind the counter. They both have the most horrible attitudes. Cold, abrupt, barely mumble, poor eye contact. Has actually made me consider going somewhere else lately. The atmosphere is fine except for the cold attitude
