Bagel? Dry and stale- almost like it had been sitting out for a week.
Tuna salad? Tasteless- like they had taken tuna from a can and slapped it onto my stale bagel. I couldn’t even finish my sandwich.
Coleslaw? Sour???? Unsure it was even safe to eat.
I used to love Bagel One. I am not sure what happened but I won’t be returning anytime soon.

The food is generally good. Bagels are made in house fresh daily.
The service is awful. It took almost 20 min for 2 toasted bagel sandwiches. Managers are never up front supervising what is going on.
The place is filthy and looks like it hasn't been renovated since 1995.

Easily the most affordable and delicious bagel and coffee place in the UConn area. Yeah, the place is a little dated, but that’s only because they’re focusing on the bagels. I recommend you try an egg and cheese on a bagel WITH cream cheese. Delicious.
Dietary restrictions: Handled a nut allergy well.
Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible.

astonishingly beautiful male worker named noah , good sandwich
Staff is not friendly. I waited 10 min to be helped nobody came out from the back. They messed up my order and don’t even apologize. They are extremely rude - should not be open for business if they do not care.

Would be five stars if they ever answered their phone. Great options and food! Can’t ever place a pickup order, though.

I sincerely recommend this place to all Breakfast/Brunch enthusiasts😇 This Place takes it to the next level with REAL Eggs 🍳 and Soft Bagels (of what seems to be an endless variety of Flavor to Savor)
Cooked Perfecto! 😎❤️ This was my first experience and it was very memorable, i can’t wait to try the coffee and smoothies next time!🤗

A small bagel shop with good service and great breakfast items, only real downside is that they are open from like 6-2 most days, so if you find yourself looking for quality breakfast sandwiches in the early mornings of the North Windham area, I would highly recommend checking out Bagel One.

Amending my post after many years of experiences here. The cleanliness of the restaurant has fallen far below reasonable standards. I have no idea how this place passes health inspection. The staff doesn't seem to care about customer service. They like to leave the phone off the hook to avoid calls. The food remains pretty good but the conditions under which it's made make me sick. I sadly won't eat here anymore.
Original post: "Homemade bagels. Real eggs on their breakfast sandwiches. Just perfect!"
Little hole in the wall place, if it wasn’t for the BIG “Bagel One” sign, we would have driven right past it. Nice breakfast bagels with multiple choices. Bagel alone is Not filling, you have to order something on the side.

Great find for a quick breakfast after a night of watching the Perseides meteor shower at General Lyon Lean-to Park! The coffee was fresh & hot and complemented the wonderful Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Bagel Sandwich. The bagels were delicious and fresh. I'll return for another breakfast in the future. Thanks!
