Please open soon, I never thought it could be a thing but I am going thru bagel withdrawals and no other bagel will suffice.

I had a Very Large Order for a total of 13 people...They were AWESOME. I went in with a list and they had the order done Quickly! The Food was Delicious, the Order was on Point, as well as Provided Friendly Customer Service! On a side note, their Vegetable Cream Cheese was Amazing!!

Good bagels, but the service is often pretty bad.

If you’re tired of lame bagels, get over to Bagel One. I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid and it’s only gotten better. Staff always remembers usual orders, it feels like family when you walk in, and despite high demand they move through the line so quickly and reliably. Thanks for all the breakfasts over the years 🥯

The bast place in town for bagels.
If you like big salted carnival style pretzels, you'll love their salted bagels! I get mine with roasted red pepper cream cheese. Delicious! Service can be a little slow mid-morning, but it's worth the wait.

Bagel? Dry and stale- almost like it had been sitting out for a week.

Tuna salad? Tasteless- like they had taken tuna from a can and slapped it onto my stale bagel. I couldn’t even finish my sandwich.

Coleslaw? Sour???? Unsure it was even safe to eat.

I used to love Bagel One. I am not sure what happened but I won’t be returning anytime soon.

The food is generally good. Bagels are made in house fresh daily.

The service is awful. It took almost 20 min for 2 toasted bagel sandwiches. Managers are never up front supervising what is going on.

The place is filthy and looks like it hasn't been renovated since 1995.

Easily the most affordable and delicious bagel and coffee place in the UConn area. Yeah, the place is a little dated, but that’s only because they’re focusing on the bagels. I recommend you try an egg and cheese on a bagel WITH cream cheese. Delicious.

Dietary restrictions: Handled a nut allergy well.

Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible.

Staff is not friendly. I waited 10 min to be helped nobody came out from the back. They messed up my order and don’t even apologize. They are extremely rude - should not be open for business if they do not care.

Would be five stars if they ever answered their phone. Great options and food! Can’t ever place a pickup order, though.
