Angiollo's Wood Fired Apizza

Pleasantly surprised how good the pizza was. It was excellent. I don’t always have to drive to New Haven now to get good pizza. This area needed a good pizza spot and now this is it!!

Great tasting pizza!! 🍕 The service was also great. The pie was cooked to perfection with a delicious crispy crust and soft dough 👌 Definitely will be returning. Thank you.

Service was great pizza was good. Nothing to write home about but enjoyable. Pleasant bright clean atmosphere. What left me with a bad feeling was the $2.50 change I received for a small side of sauce. If there would have been enough to begin with there would have been no need to ask for additional. A $1 okay 1.50 maybe but $2.50 is ridiculous and will be why we don’t return.

I love Angiollo's!! Great thin crust pizza and I just tried their Pasta Fagioli and it's great. Their cauliflower crust pizza is amazing! I actually got a friend to try it without telling them it wasn't a regular crust....they thought it was really good. His gram was impressed. We're telling my friend another time...

Excellent pizza! Perfect thin crust, fresh toppings, and quick friendly service. The eggplant grinder was ginormous and stuffed, so tasty! If you haven't eaten here you're really missing out. Excellent food, ten stars ⭐

I'm a Firm believer in being Honest, and sharing my experiences Good & Not so Good!!! And there's nothing bad in this review, With that being said, We stumbled upon Angiollo's Wood Fired Pizza on 1 of our many trips from Bristol down thru Northford, to Branford! What caught our eye was the sign for "Wood Fired Pizza"! I grew up on Pepe's Pizza in New Haven, and We Love that type of pizza...
Hand tossed, Wood or Coal Fired pizza, which is always thin, with a slight "Char" to the crust & bottom! Not everyone likes this type of Pizza, but if you do, YOU MUST give "Angiollo's Wood Fired Pizza" a try!!! We Love it so much, that even tho We live in Bristol, We go down at least once a week, sometimes twice!
It's a Family owned business, with The WHOLE Family working there!! We have become friendly with Marc, the owner, and in talking with him and getting to know him, you can tell "Pizza" is in his blood!! He Truly takes "pride" in what he does, and I can tell he enjoys when people enjoy his food, just like a "True Italian"!!! His wife Angela works right along side of Marc, as do both of his Sons. The Restaurant is small & quaint, extremely clean, as well as the bathrooms...
We've tried alot of different things on the Menu, and We Love everything, but My favorite is Pizza with Bacon & Hamburger, My husband's favorite is "Chicken Parmigan" anything, such as a meal or grinder...
For Us, it's worth the ride!!!

Mark the manager is the rudest person I’ve met. He is not accommodating and VERY rude. Please pick another place for pizza

My new neighbor in Northford!!!I been to most of new Haven's spots, but this pie is addictive ? Nothing like it around here, omg the sauce!!!
