Our family enjoyed an outstandingly delicious meal at Aji 10 this week. The chicha pisco, baked oysters, ceviche mixto, and tiramisu with Peruvian fruit -- all were superb. Our server was friendly and made excellent recommendations.
This may be one of Norwalk's most underrated restaurants. Aji 10 is a Peruvian and Japanese fusion. If that doesn't excite you, then I don't know what will. The food here is spectacular. The chicharron is juicy and crispy, just the way I like it and they pair it with tostones and a salsa which adds a complimentary freshness to the deep fried, delicious pork.
