Carvel is a restaurant with a great location and friendly staff. However, some customers have been disappointed with their ice cream. The cherry and chocolate dip coatings were described as tasteless and unpleasantly textured, while some flavors, such as grape nut, were found to be disgusting. Despite this, others have fond memories of enjoying their ice cream, including a popular vanilla milkshake.
