Coals is a unique coal-fired pizza joint with a variety of bold flavors. The pizza crust is thin and grilled, creating a delightful taste. The Maple Rosemary Wings were crispy and flavorful, while the Cilantro Wings tasted more like honey mustard. The Dean Martin Pizza had a beautiful crust and perfect saltiness from pepperoni, the Squealin' Pig Pizza had a sweet hot honey flavor, and the Marlon Pizza had a spicy kick. The Cheeseburger was juicy and flavorful. The Nutella Pizza dessert was crispy and perfectly ratioed. The restaurant has a nice beer/wine/cocktail menu and a great atmosphere with courteous staff.
