I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place is the absolute best. I always struggle to find good food places and Hometown Deli is an absolute Gem!!! From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like a regular even if it’s your first time. The ingredients are always fresh, the portions are massive, and you can tell they actually care about the food they’re serving. So far, I have not been disappointed with any of my orders. I always try to get something different but its so hard to choose because everything is just so good!!!

Dave and Charlie’s Hometown Deli is a solid spot. The staff has always been friendly every time I’ve gone in, which makes a big difference and keeps you coming back.

I stopped in over the weekend and grabbed both breakfast and a lunch sub. The bacon, egg, and cheese was good overall, classic and satisfying, though the bacon was just a little on the chewy side.

For later in the day, I picked up the Da Suda, and that was the standout. First time trying it, and it was awesome, packed with flavor and easily something I’ll be going back for again.
Overall, it’s a very good local deli.

One of the best if not, the best deli in Norwalk, Connecticut. Food is always fresh and plenty. I highly recommend the “Big Brown” wrap. Make sure you share it with somebody because you will be looking to take a nap if you don’t.

My go-to spot closed last year, and I was pretty bummed because I don’t like change. I’d been to Hometown a few times before, but I started going more often and I’m glad I did. Freshness and quality are my top priorities, and Hometown delivers both. On top of that, their service is outstanding. Dave Kuban and his team truly go above and beyond. Sometimes change is a good thing. If you haven’t been yet, check it out!!! you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Its probably a language issue, or intellectual issue or maybe a mix of both, but I ordered a BBQ sandwich which contains cheese, chicken, and barbeque through door dash

I specifically asked for no pickles, or peppers, or mayo just as a precaution because I am allergic to all three in ingredient's

They specifically sent me a sandwich that has chicken, pickles, mayo and pepper. It was kind of funny

There is no such sandwich on the menu so that only means it was completely done out of spite.

if they have the capacity to do this so blatantly through a door dash order, who knows what kind of health hazard this deli is?

I couldn't go back to the store since they closed at 3, but I got a complete refund on doordash, the dogs ate, and I got new food . I'm happy
Regardless, I will be continuing this issue.

Great prices and even better sandwiches! I got a roast beef wrap - the best I’ve ever had. The meat was very flavorful and juicy. I can’t wait to try everything! Best deli around!

The best ! Great prices great food

Came here because someone recommended it. Great energy but unfortunately the food did not meet my expectations. Especially when i got home and saw my sandwich covered in pickles when nowhere on the sandwich description was pickles mentioned and i even added stuff to my sandwich & saw them write the order down correctly. I cannot eat pickles and once i got home and opened my sandwich the pickle juice of it seeped into the bread and chicken, every bite you tasted the pickles, couldnt get through it at all. staff was very friendly and i did tell them it was my first time and i will be letting them know about my experience so here it is.

Hometown Deli catered our son’s Bar Mitzvah reception. He wanted a Mexican buffet and they totally delivered. Dave was easy to work with, the food was delicious, the prices were so reasonable, and the service was seamless. We are from California and good Mexican food is hard to come by in these parts but Hometown knocked it out of the park!
