“I came here during the afternoon hours while on break from my shift. I'm so confused with some of the current low reviews because whoever is currently running the restaurant is doing a great job. Fast customer service, the place smells good and everything clean. And yes, I did visit the restroom, even the stand with the straws and sugar packets was probably the cleanest I've ever seen from a Dunkin Donuts. The food was also great!“
“Everything was perfect but it would be nice if you had softer seats in there I have a bad back and if you could tell the keychain with the coffee cup on it would be nice
Wheelchair accessibility: If you had a door with the automatic button to open my arms are weak to open doors“
“Absolutely love this Dunkin. Everyone you order from in the drive thru is awesome. The donuts with fillings are always full and you get what you pay for and then some. Coffee is always hot, fresh and tasty. I'm a New Yorker and have yet to find a Dunkin that fills their filled donuts better than this one here...
Parking: Drive thru is fast in the early morning hours“
“Quick drive thru
Parking: When it's busy in the morning, it can be somewhat difficult to get a spot, otherwise it's not bad.
Kid-friendliness: Can definitely bring the kiddos in to eat. Not too many tables though.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp to get inside and the tables are spaced apart enough for a wheelchair to fit comfortably.“
“Dunkin's incorporation of an ice cream store offers a diverse menu and maintains high-quality products, providing an enjoyable experience with a variety of coffee and ice cream choices. The service is efficient, and the location is convenient. However, the merger has led to cramped space, particularly noticeable on a rainy day visit when the indoor entrance was wet and unmonitored, posing a slip hazard. Although the issue was reported to a staff member, the slow response to this safety concern could be risky, highlighting a need for better safety measures to enhance the overall customer experience at this dual-function location.“
“In my opinion this is the best Dunkin Donuts in Norwalk, CT! I've tried them all but keep going back to West Ave. Eventhough there's no drive through, which is a minor inconvenience, I still opt for them because I know my coffee and iced coffee will taste better. Consistent and fast service. The staff here are also very pleasant.“
“Easy_on_easy_off from exit 16 of i_95 (Connecticut turnpike), drive thru available but no outdoor seating. Plenty of parking on the side and in the rear of the building. There is a dairy queen counter inside this location. The inside space is cozy, comfy and good for groups or for dining alone. Male and female restrooms available inside.“
“Small out of the way DD. Has basic donuts, muffins, bagels and hot breakfast type sandwiches. It's a good spot for a late night delicious donut snack; they're always fresh. I don't drink coffee so I can't comment on that topic but I'm guessing that this DD has coffee just like all the other DDs. Be prepared for a short wait; I've only ever seen 1 woman who works the counter. She seems a bit overwhelmed as the DD spot is in a gas station convenience store where there are a lot of customers and only her to take care of them all. Convenienly open 24 hours.“
“it's just a problem, we urgently need another worker, because one worker there just can't do too much work for one, so I'll ask the superiors to take this into account, because it's very difficult and unfair for one aratsivnik, so four stars and not five;/“
“Nice, manager very nice guy, if you want a great food great coffee come here guys, so I am recommended for everyone now let's change before .... So right now I can tell you 100% come here
Parking: You have a few free spa“
