I went in for a refresher and an avocado toast. The Latina lady that works there basically ran out from behind the counter, and started putting all the sweeteners away. There was a man there that she was speaking to in Spanish and told him that the a male that had just walked in steals all the sweeteners everyday. She told him in Spanish and they both started laughing. Then another Latino male walked in and he passed her some money, I guess he’s also a regular and she took his order before mine. The male that she was speaking of was behind me and said hello to me. I said hello as well. She does not know that I am Latina as well. When she finally took my order, I gave her my order in Spanish. She was frazzled because she knows I heard what she had said. I know the man she was speaking about. He has some sort of mental health issues. She needs to be nicer! Also remember, in this area of East Norwalk, there are homes that people with disabilities live in and frequent this DD. Please be aware that you have an employee with no empathy working there. And I wrote this review so people are aware of the premises. And to add insult to injury, she rushed through my order so fast, she got it wrong. And I know it was because she was embarrassed. Her name is Melissa. I have my receipt and will be reporting her.

Don't order a breakfast sandwich here. The sausage was inedible- it was half dark brown and extremely hard. the employee had a smirk on his face the whole time making it, not sure if he gave me this bad sausage patty on purpose, i was very friendly, so i don't know why he would, but you never know. Maybe everyone else will have better luck than I with their breakfast sandwichs.

In this place, only one person serves well, it is the boy, because the manager is rude, she needs to be trained to be able to serve the customer. Public, I frequent this place to buy my breakfasts when the boy is there everything flows excellently but when the manager is a Hispanic woman who believes that because she is the manager she can treat the clients badly, I have acquaintances who think the same, they should remove her and place The boy is very kind, she does not like the client when she is a woman, but the male clients drool over serving them, but she treats the women like trash, I only treat her I see when I go there, and he has treated me terribly, I have arrived, there have been no more clients and he does not serve me. Recently I went with my work uniform and he began to make comments and make fun of my uniform and today I went and it seemed that I did not understand what She was asking, being a Hispanic, she is racist, and she started making comments, they are people who should not be serving the public, she needs to study to educate herself.

The owner/manager of this particular location needs to hire crew members ASAP. Dunkin is a great franchise but you are loosing business because your store is understaffed. Your employees are getting pounded with orders and they are frustrated. Honestly is not their fault. They are doing what they can. Management/owner needs to step it up.

The worst service I have ever received in the 20 years I’ve been coming here the last set of workers and manger that were here were the best at there job, that actually cared about there customers!! Ever since they placed a new manager she has been the worst she does not care doesn’t not like to help is always miserable.. never talks to anyone and the service from her is even worse then the actual employees this Dunkin’ Donuts location needs!!!!! A new manger and some new employees that actually care about there customer specially the regulars that come in everyday..
