3.2.24 Tiny area but huge flavors. What a fun place to visit and the Kombucha is amazing. You can try samples and then purchase cans or growlers. I liked the guava and elderberry ginger best. This place is dog friendly and adjacent to it is Spacecat brewery.
Stopped by on a whim & ended up having to stop myself from buying a growler. The guava kombucha is absolutely delicious, if I lived closer i would definitely be a frequent flyer. Dan was super accommodating and a pleasure to talk with, I’ll definitely be back whenever in town (:

I got to meet the owner while he was doing a tasting at Stew Leonard's in Brookfield. I'm a kombucha fan because of its amazing flavor and health benefits. That said, I'm pretty picky about what I drink. I find most kombucha lands in two different camps: too weak or too strong/sour. It takes a lot of work to get that balance right between the two, but East Coast Kombucha NAILS it!
