What an unpleasant experience I just had at 10:14 pm Monday the 18th 3025, I come to this McDonalds I place a simple mobile order for a Large Sprite , there’s nobody Infront of me I waited a bit at the speaker and nobody’s is talking so I pull up to the window and the girl at the window younger thin women with red hair tells me “NEXT TIME YOU HAVE TO WAIT “ I’m confused because nobody spoke at the speaker and I simply had a soda so she’s telling me “what do I want “ I tell her I have a mobile order and she’s like “WHATS THE CODE”. At this point I’m getting frustrated with her nasty attitude, I give her the code and she walks away and come back with the Soda with her nasty attitude I also notice a manager next to her at the register and I tell them as I leave how disrespectful and they both ignore me . This was such a terrible experience and even worse employers . McDonald’s do better hiring people .

The food is what you would expect from a McDonalds, but my favorite part is eating on the upper floor looking out the window of Rt1 traffic pass below.

This used to be a great McDonald's with a playplace. Now it's this square grey building. The atmosphere sucks. If you order via the kiosk & are looking for a table number, there's not enough staff to deliver your food. The seating area on the lower level is disappointing. I'd be nice if they brought back the picnic tables outside. Upstairs they have more seating, & the bathrooms. I brought my kiddo here for a nugget happy meal, there's nothing about this place that fun. McDonald's really killed off everything that made them a place kids wanted to go. Come to McDonald's, we have a bland new look, no one will like!!

It’s McDonald’s, but this is definitely one of the better ones. I don’t know what it is but my burgers always seem more full and packed when i come here than anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and willing to give me some time if i need it. Place is super clean and service fast, even for fast food.

bald headed manager didn’t serve me because i went around the drive thru two times because me and my guys didnt know how to pay and complained when we figured it out an came back. refused service for rest of day

I ordered a medium cup of black coffee. The very rude young girl said I needed to pull up to the third window. We waited for 12 minutes. Come on, it's a simple black coffee! Frustrated, I went inside to find my coffee. I was met by the very rude girl who said, "oh, I forgot." She walked away from me and I still did not receive my coffee. Another staff witnessed this and said to her, "are you going to get her coffee?" She actually said, "no" and stood there. So the other staff member got my coffee and apologized for my wait. I gave 1 star only because it would not let me leave a review without clicking at least a star. They don't deserve even 1 star.

As much as I hate being this person I feel entitled to say that you guys need more night staff. I ordered through the app and the drive through line was pretty packed cool no problem wasn’t surprised. I gave my voice code to the cashier on the other side of the radio and she told me to drive up. I get to the window and if I didn’t order on the app I would have 100% paid for someone else’s food but I said “no I don’t I ordered on the app” and then she went to go look for my order and brought over 2 different orders. I know it was busy but common sense would tell you to ask me my order instead of guessing and checking. I pulled over to the side and waiting at least an additional 45 mins on top of the 15 I waited to get to the window in the first place. I walked up to the window honestly pretty irate because of the long wait I had endured tired and as well as super hungry but just asked what was up and that my nugs were almost done. I get my food the only thing hot still was my nugs. The fries were room temp at best. I would publicly like to ask for a reimbursement on my time that I so preciously wasted just trying to get an order that simply could have been made if the cashier had asked what my order number was and then confirmed and made my order. 20 mins I can understand but damn near an HOUR is a little nuts.
