Visited the Middletown ct restaurant. Clean , professional and outstanding southern chicken. The manger was awesome and was very friendly.

Chicken sandy was big and juicy, fries were ok. Mac and cheese pretty disappointing. Price and service was good. Would try them again with different sides.

Haven Hot Chicken is highly praised for its delicious fried chicken, which is crispy on the outside and juicy inside, with perfect seasoning. Customers enjoy the generous portions and fresh, hot food served quickly by friendly staff. The tendie trio and other meals like the Mac n cheese bowl receive especially positive comments, with some noting the spice level can be very hot. Service is consistently described as fast, polite, and welcoming, making for a great dining experience. While a few minor issues like missing fries or out-of-stock ice are mentioned, they do not detract from overall satisfaction. Many customers consider Haven Hot Chicken their favorite fast casual spot, appreciating the high quality, great taste, and excellent customer service that keeps them coming back.
