Baskin-Robbins

I went to Baskin Robbins twice this past week and had an annoying experience both times. My first time the staff were playing around like little children. They were screaming so loud the person taking my order couldn’t hear what I was saying. I had to ask them to quiet down. My second time I ordered rum raisin ice cream thinking that they had it with a sign posted, then I was told it was snickers and they put the wrong sign there. Very deceiving to customers! My significant other and I TRIED to have a cozy movie night in so we ordered Uber eats ice-cream sundaes to the house. We ordered cookie dough layered sundaes and instead got HALF a cup of PLAIN VANILLA ICE CREAM. We drove over to Baskin Robins to notify the employee of the error at which point a male came to the window and stated “sorry we didn’t have what you ordered”. Stopped in this afternoon, a woman came over to serve us. When I placed my order I was asked to repeat the order several times. The server was wearing a headset and I suggested that she take it off, would help her to understand my request. She immediately threw up her hands and shouted for her manager. Said I was rude.
