Standing here waiting for my drinks. The place has dirty feel to it.. papers on the floor and counters, bathroom very messy. Several small bugs that look like fruit flies crawling over the baked goods/pastries. My granddaughter wanted cake pop but there was no way I was ordering food from that case.
Edit— After posting my review I read through some others and I saw that other people have noticed the bugs flying around in the food case. Health inspector really needs to come into this place.

Service matters most to me, which is part of the atmosphere. Staff on duty this early afternoon the best I've seen for a long time at Starbucks in the area. Even the coffee tasted better on this visit!

My husband & I were on a road trip & popped in for bathroom break & caffeine fix- the staff was great, very helpful & nice. Mocha expresso was great, food choices a little too fancy for a quick snack, but I'm not usually a Starbucks eater, love the expresso, though.

To the barista who doesn’t know the difference between venti and grande and would rather talk to her friend than do the job she is being paid for: you are one of many reasons that this location is mid, at best. You got the order incorrect, not me. I’ve been getting the same order for 15 years, I order it the same exact way, and Starbucks baristas from Dublin to Montana have ALL gotten it correct. Again, maybe wait until there isn’t work to be done to converse with your friend.

If you don’t want us to complain, don’t put us in the position to complain.

To the management: instead of taking the time to direct me to your customer service survey, you should take the time to replace the barista I’m referring to.

Slow, very slow experience. It took over 15 min. to put two croissants and a chocolate chip cookie in a bag! Insects flying in the display cabinet and unpleasant service for outrageously expensive prices. Yet another American company that puts money and profits before serving clients and taking pride in what they are doing! If you want a cup of coffee, go to Dunkin. If you want the cafe experience, do not go to Starbucks. In truth the coffee is still good, but definitely not worth the experience!

Starbucks corporate needs to step in and overhaul this location. There are consistent issues with product availability and staffing. It’s the only location I’ve ever been to where they’re frequently out of cold brew. Also this location is often closed during what are normal business hours. This seems like purely an ownership or management issue. The staff has always been friendly, no complaints there whatsoever.

The last 2 times that I have gone in my coffee has been made wrong. One time it was extremely busy so I brushed it off to that ( the coffee was at lest drinkable) the next time I was the only one ordering . I didn’t take a sip until I was half way to work. I asked for 1 shot of the blonde espresso and they must have put in 4 it was so bitter I couldn’t even drink it. I feel like I wasted $16 of my gift card. Both times they were made by the same guy.
