My order was incorrect the last 3 times I went there. The employees were gossiping with each other and it was easy to see how they were making mistakes. I will go back to using the app instead of ordering over the counter or drive thru as I hadnt had the problem that way.

Every time I go into this location to attempt to sit and enjoy my drink, it’s always so uncomfortably cold at this location that’s why I only gave 2 stars for atmosphere. I have to wear my coat while I have my drink and my drink gets so cold by the time I start to drink it. Also, not sure why my iced drinks always have so much ice even though I indicate “light ice” on my order. Other than these 2 issues, this location has friendly helpful baristas for an inviting...
