Awesome coffee definitely worth stopping getting a couple bags so fresh!!
I ordered online and the prices are so reasonable and free shipping! nobody does that anymore thank you TM Ward coffee company!
This is not a prepared coffee shop. They are expert roasters and makers of phenomenal coffee. I delivered their cherries by the truckload and they made me a cup of their own coffee. This coffee is amazing. I plan on going this week to buy some roasted beans for my espresso maker and Moka pot. Very nice people.
This is not a coffee shop where cups are made to order. This is a roasting/distribution warehouse. I don't know why there's a review referencing small crowds or bills - they must have the wrong location.I knew this wasn't a store as soon as I opened the front door. There's a small "lobby" for guests to sign in, and the adjacent area is full of coffee roasting machines and equipment.A worker introduced himself and I told him I found the place on Google Maps thinking I could buy coffee. He said they don't make or sell cups, but he could sell coffee by the pound if I was interested. I told him I'd buy a pound bag and he offered me a free cup from their break room. He showed me their different kinds of beans and asked which I wanted - I told him the cup he made for me was good which actually was some custom blend (a mix of their house blend plus some kind of premium/deluxe dark roast) which he custom made and grinded up for me for $7. I tipped him a dollar for the "free" cup of coffee.A couple of workers passed by and were very friendly, but I could tell they typically don't have walk-in customers. Super nice considering the circumstances (I shouldn't have even been there).Parking is basically non-existent - you need to use local street parking which isn't in the best area. But you shouldn't be coming here anyways unless you own a coffee shop or want to buy crates of coffee.
They have the very BEST fresh coffee we have ever tasted anywhere. Axlyn was incredibly welcoming, charming and informative the day we visited the store for the first time. We are loving our morning coffee now and will continue to be customers for a long time. We highly recommend a visit if you are in the area or ordering online if you can't stop by. You'll never drink any other coffee again.
Although this is a roasting and distribution center you can buy retail there.I have been buying coffee beans from T. M. Ward and its predecessor owners, the Balme family (3 generations) for more than 40 years. I like their coffee enough to have followed their multiple moves from a Quonset hut in Norwalk to their current location. They are in a run down neighborhood in a factory setting. However, after visiting multiple times and zeroing in on the coffee that I like, I usually order by phone (5 pounds in 1 pound bags). Even with shipping costs it is cheaper than buying from most other sources.

Only wholesale, no retail..
Arrived at seven, it wasn't crowded. The staff was very sociable and kind. The bill won't break you.
Very Good Coffee. If you need a Taxi 973-539-2500.

I wasn't there.
There is no coffee shop there that I could see. Just a scary old garage. ???
Love their Judge Alito blend. Flavorful and strong. Excellent service and fast delivery for on-line orders.
