Tacos 203 is an absolutely outstanding and incredible restaurant in Fairfield County, with many calling it the clear lock on the area's Mexican food scene. The dedication to quality and flavor is superhuman. The tacos, including al pastor, birria, chorizo, and carnitas, are described as extraordinary, bonkers, good, juicy, delicious, and very delicioso. Specific standout items are the Walking Taco, a Frito Pie made legit, and the birria taco'dilla. The housemade tortillas, made from elite-level nixtamalized masa, are perfect. The dark, meaty, smoky frijoles are almost too good to be a side dish. Meals come with a selection of excellent house made salsas, pickled onions, and jalapeños for choosing your own adventure. For dessert, the churros are unbelievably good. The ambience is excellent with great music, and the service is friendly. The place is a great, friendly, and casual setting, also offering delivery.
