I love cooked onions so the way they make treir tacos is bomb. Only food truck that does this so they’re definitely unique.

We visited Rincon Taqueria for lunch. As we walked in, there was one other couple - practically empty. They appeared to have a Chilean and Mexican fusion of dishes. This was confirmed by one of their waiters, Daniel who was great with service. We ordered the chicken empanada appetizer but wasn't impressed with the taste. Good size but it had a sweet taste? Never had a sweet empanada. Also ordered a chicken burrito but wow, it was the size of an arm. Way too much for one person - well at least for me it was. It can easily be split into three dishes. The taste was 'okay' but honestly not as good as others I've eaten at other restaurants. Tamales and rice and beans were good. Margarita was 'meh' not strong enough. If you're really hungry, order the burrito. It can easily feed a family. Would we go back, yeah but to try something different.

It's a great place to go very clean and friendly for being a small taco truck. The only thing about this place is cash only but other than that it's amazing.

The food, the drinks and the service are all great. The menu has many options with all being fresh and full of flavor and well priced. The staff are lovely young people who are attentive and hardworking. At any time you will find the owners in the restaurant. They are always willing to speak and accommodate their patrons. This is how a restaurant should be run!

Huge portions, delicious food, great service. Ambiance leaves a little to be desired but who cares when the food is so good?

Food was eh ok. Very spicy, hot! I dislike black pepper let alone spicy hot food. My dad on other hand likes it. This is how your food is made even when not requested. My dad tried mine and said wow that's spicy. I couldn't eat it. It was pork tamales. You would think when waiter cleared our plates he would have questioned me about it seeing everything was left, didn't even ask if I wanted it to go. Disappointed

The restaurant is neat looking and organized. It's appealing to the eye yeah but, that's not why this review is here. Okay now onto the service, it's good. The service isn't at all bad but, the atmosphere is kinda awkward. There's barely anyone in the restaurant so you'll be attended quickly. The wait for the food to arrive wasn't too long either. Friendly staff but, lack of communication is all I can say. Food. The food here was disappointing. Sure, it looked nice when it arrived. The garnish on the food was okay but, the amount of chopped onions and cilantro was a bit too much. The chicken was bland it had barely any flavor on it, like it was just grilled and served and any tortilla was hard and unpleasant. The chips and salsa they serve as an appetizer was awful. The chips had no flavor and they tasted odd, the salsa on the other had was certainly something. The salsa had an alright taste at the start but, as you thoroughly consume it, it comes to a weird sour after taste. I observed the food carefully and the yellow rice is definitely canned, most of the food looked microwaved with little to no effort put in it. Overall, this was a bad experience. This is the only real and honest review you'll see and need to this place (remember this is just an opinion, it doesn't matter if you come here or not). Criticism is the key to improvement though. Good luck.

I have tried different Mexican food trucks and I can assure you that this has the best quesadilla in the world….They make everything delicious but I love the quesadillas.

We happened to be in this place because we really wanted to eat out and without exaggeration, this is one of the tastiest Mexican restaurants we have ever tried. Quality food, interesting flavor, food that shows the work of the chef. Everything is fresh, good spices, and good portions. The burrito is huge and very tasty, really, we hadn't seen anything like it in Mexico and were very pleasantly surprised to find it in Connecticut. We also tried the chicken and meat tacos, that was very good too. Thank you for your wonderful work. I hope your business continues to thrive.P.s. The inside is very nice, lots of greenery, all Mexican style. I recommend.

For some reason they didn’t take our order. Just ignored us and laughed and kept taking other people’s orders. Weird? Racist? I don’t know but that was extremely rude.
