Tacos Los Potrillos is a hidden gem with amazing food and customer service. Their tacos de birria are a must-try, with tender meat and crunchy texture. The cemita de milanesa de pollo is also authentic and delicious, complete with papalo herb for an extra kick. The only downside is that the birria tacos don't come with the broth included, but it's worth the extra $5. Located in the parking lot of Speedy Donuts, this brown food truck may need better signage, but the flavorful food and generous portions make it a definite go-to spot for authentic Mexican cuisine.
