Great bagels and great service! Everything was fresh and delicious. Adriana was amazing—friendly, fast, and professional. She made my visit so much better with her positive attitude.
Adriana is the best employee there, and it really shows. She goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome without being fake like normally other people does. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The girl at the counter was very curt and annoyed. She wouldn’t answer questions and couldn’t be bothered.

In Norwalk after visiting the nearby Veterans Memorial Park, I stopped in to grab a bagel and coffee at this UCBC. First time here but we have been to the Darien location.
There is a free parking area right next to the restaurant. Inside is pretty small with limited seating by the window. There are several tables outside as well.
