Worked a late healthcare shift yesterday & ordered a medium cheese pizza & walked next store to get a juice and returned with my juice, paid 13 and change and left Uncles. Got home, opened the pizza & took 2 bites. Thin crust is fine but barely sauce & hardly cheese with alot of crunch was disappointing. For anyone who has ever made pancakes, the cheese looked like the pancake with a bunch of small holes where the cheese was supposed to be. Since I bit piece of 1 slice, I threw it right into garbage. Ordered rice king after putting remainder of pizza in ziploc bag. Returned to Uncles today and asked to see the next pizza that came out. When owner asked why, I explained the hard, burnt, crispy, sauceless non cheese pizza experience. He stated it was too early he wasn't making any pies yet@12 noon. He said I made the pizza the same way all the time, so I dont know what you're referring to. Then he proceeded to open the oven & pull out 1 pizza, the pie it was to early to make. I said, "Now that looks like a healthier version of a pizza. He stated that the reason this looked better & had more cheese is because he sells each slice for 4.00. Then said you spent almost 14.00 so you get what you pay for and if you dont like pizza, dont come back. I ignored his snarkyness & walked out. Clearly a lack of professionalism. I Returned about 2 pm with the 7 of 8 slices cold in a ziploc bag & requested my money back since I ordered other food to replace this pizza. He said your missing 1 slice to which I said I bit twice & threw in garbage. He said to bad, I got what I paid for and with slice gone no refund. I asked again so you are the owner & he smirked & said yes and I got nothing for you. I told him that he was the first owner of a food establishment in Norwalk that I'd met that had a serious lack of a customer service orientated attitude. He said he didnt care and he can't help me. I said what BS & he stuck up his middle finger as he glanced with a smirk to his two coworkers as I left. He looks to be maybe 30 with a Dora the Explorer haircut, 6 feet, glasses and some dough hanging around his waste area. Sir, you catch more flies with honey. Good restaurant owners may offer to split or discount the bill or better yet offer another pizza to give the customer the satisfying experience they were seeking. The only conclusion that I came up with was he really needed my 14.00 & its not hard to taste why. . You Sir, are a disgrace as a human being. You were rude, disrespectful & i encourage potential customers to think twice about going here if you value your money or respect. Sauceless, overcooked,cheeseless with a side of attitude, clearly customer service here isn't a priority. You know what is? Spending my money where my children & I are greeted with warmth, a smile & great customer service. I'll stay with Famous & East Ave pizza. Uncles- U can't compete when you dont compare. I love uncle’s pizza! They have the best pizza in town and let’s not forget their Mexican food! As well as their really extensive choices for drinks and desserts, everything is chefs kiss. Let’s also talk about the environment, everybody there is so nice and accommodating. Everyone should stop by and support this family business!!!

I ordered red velvet cake and a calzone. I took 5 bites of this cake before I noticed it was filled with white and green mold all over! They only apologized and gave me a refund for the cake(not my entire order) with no sympathy of the possibility of me becoming sick because of this. Won't be ordering here ever again. No thanks.
