The employees are always smiling and accommodating to requests. They even have a punch card for frequent flyers. Consider supporting them once they reopen! Just was driving by and tried this place using their app for pre order. We got a nutty date smoothie it had so much going on and was very good! It had a little bit of texture that we enjoyed. I also wanted to try one of their iced cafe au lait, I picked snickerdoodle, the primary reason we went out of our way to come here. For something that has milk, it was more watery than creamy and the snickerdoodle taste while I expected it to be subtle wasn't detectable at all, and neither was the coffee flavor. No flavor, a watery iced coffee that reminded me of dunkin after it sat out for a while. Left me def confused! I read the description online and it just didn't match... still, I would give it another go because I dig the concept. Will update in the future!

Great place for great smoothies with an array of choices. They allow custom smoothies and don't mind answering questions about Ingres for those of us with allergies. Love the concept of order ahead. Sometimes there's a line but it's worth the wait! Love this place during the summer and colder months!

I needed coffee so bad but wanted to go to a local place insted of going to DD or Starbucks. Found this on yelp and glad I did! A cozy place and good coffee! The banana cake was I had was delicious! Definitely recommend to people frequenting the Norwich area.

Was in the area this past weekend and wanted to grab a coffee from a small business. Found this place on Google, looked cute in pics, large menu, so my bf and I stopped in. The pumpkin chai latte was honestly the best hot latte I've ever had! Not sweet, tasted like REAL pumpkin and spices. Total opposite of that fake dishwater they serve at Dunkin'. If I wasn't an hour away, I'd be stopping in for that regularly. Will def go back the next time I'm in the area. Staff was nice too! #supportlocal

The smoothies are some of the best around! The owner is so sweet and very kind to everyone. They do allow you to customize all of the smoothies on the menu as well so that they fit your specific wants. It is definitely a must try even if it is a bit of a drive away from where you live. They have such high quality home made drinks it’s incredible!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Her own child is sometimes even there!
Great service, friendly and efficient. Seems like a small hole in the wall at first but is actually well polished. Coffee is from a local roaster. Worth it.

This is an absolute gem in Norwich. My husband has lived all over the country and world and says this is the best smoothie shop he’s been to. The smoothies are so delicious and there is so much variety. You can taste the freshness and quality - none of those weird, prepackaged, chalky ingredients. Prices are exceptional for the product you get, especially compared to other local smoothie shops. The staff is always friendly and upfront about any potential wait times. We love Dexter’s!
