I pull up to the drive thru and say hello multiple times into the speaker. No one responds. I placed a mobile order so I just pull up to the window. A woman comes up to the window (finally) and says in a very rude tone “can I help you?” I say I have a mobile order, don’t even get to tell her the speaker is broken bc she shuts the drive thru doors before I finish talking. So either the speaker is broken or I was just being ignored. It took 10mins for them to make two coffees that were ordered ahead of time. There was no one in line ahead of us and the inside of the building is closed to customers. Why did it take so long? And then he brought out the wrong size drink and had to remake it..5 more mins. Why is it taking me 20 mins to get a drink I pro ordered? I don’t order from here unless I’m desperate.

Drive thru took forever, when I got to the window the lid wasn’t on all the way & then the guy came over to put it on all the way but the cup was overfilled and it was going everywhere so instead of fixing it the right way the girl put a bunch of paper towels on it and handed it to me like that while laughing. Also she had a really long hair hanging from her hair tie on her wrist which would be gross if I had gotten food. Anyway my first and last experience here cause my husband tried going another day after & no one answered the drive thru so he drove off. Surprised with the review of the wait times for years even that this Dunkin is still in business

Im a mail carrier went in to buy ice water and was denied was forced to buy a coffee in order to get a small cup of water guy was rude he needs to be trained on how to treat customers also the place needs to be clean for real shame on dunking for denying hard working water when the weather it’s hottt also it’s a shame how you throw doughnuts away but can’t give a cup of water

My whole order was wrong. From my drink to my food. I didn't get to enjoy any of it went to the trash. 10 bucks is alot for 2 things I didn't get to enjoy before work. The phone number doesn't even work to talk to a manager.
Beyond awful customer service. Waited at the drive thru window for 15 minutes as they kept telling me to wait. Ridiculous. I eventually drove off…. Only 1 person working. Long line of people waiting

Listen, I know Dunkin Donuts isn't great food or coffee...if you're expecting that, then you don't know how the world works. Dunkin is Dunkin, and that's it.
This one though I dig, because they're open late - which when you're driving a long drive late at night, can be a lifesaver. Not only that, when I went through the drive-thru at like 10:00 last Saturday night, the employee was actually super friendly and kind. A lot of times the service can be so bad late at night like that, but not here. Kudos to whoever was working that shift.
Tried ordering some bottle water for the kids and they don't sell it through the drive-thru, which was kind of annoying - but other than that, great experience. Thanks for being open late.

The service was quick and the staff were friendly. I ordered a blueberry donut ice coffee and I would highly recommend it. I'm hooked on it. It's like having a blueberry donut with coffee.
Parking: The parking is right in front and is ground level.

Try putting some glaze on the glazed sticks, Blueberry muffin was small on the darker side and had no sugar crystals on top. Your quality has gone way down ?. The girl working there was great
