The occum ct location coffee is awful. I’m a Dunkin’ fan but this is the worst coffee of any Dunkin’ I’ve had in the country- I’ve tried it 3-4 times to make sure it wasn’t a bad day. It tastes like the employees either don’t clean the machines or are dropping cigarette ashes in the coffee as it’s brewed. It’s disgusting- drive a little farther to a different location

Dunkin, located at Libon ct, offers decent bagels and donuts at a reasonable price. The quality may have dipped, but the friendly staff make up for it. The drive-thru service is very fast unless they're backed up. The staff provide excellent customer service, making it a pleasant experience overall. Great people in the place, with workers who are nice and provide kind gestures. The restaurant is kid-friendly and accessible for wheelchair users with no stairs at the entrance.
