The location has become much better since a previous visit when it was crowded, chaotic, and had long waits. Now, it is well-organized with good systems in place, and staff are friendly, with the barista even delivering coffee directly to customers. Parking remains a concern, as the drive-thru design can block entry and exit from the parking lot. Ordering by phone for quick pickup is available, but sometimes orders may be delayed or incorrect, which can cause frustration. The establishment is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, and customers appreciate the nice toilet paper and the overall improvement in the experience.
