I ordered via the app and parked in the lot to wait for the order to be ready; I had already been waiting 40 minutes, and when I finally went up to the window—surprise!—the order had actually been ready for half an hour. They handed me something that was completely tasteless, and that’s when I realized that even if a business has the same name and owner, the service really depends on the staff.
Kudos to the staff at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen on West Main St. in Norwich. The staff at this Popeyes location was very attentive and all employees work well together and communicate effectively to execute each order. The manager even hand served us our food.
