El Cardenal Restaurant is a unique and well-kept place. The food is amazing, delicious, hot, and fresh. Specific dishes receive high praise, including the grilled steak nachos, described as to die for and the best ever. The spinach quesadilla, Mucho Burrito, tortilla soup, shrimp quesadilla, chicken quesadilla, and carne asada are all also recommended. The peach margarita and other margaritas are delicious. The service is amazing and attentive, and the waitstaff is on their game. The decor is also excellent. The restaurant is a great place for dinner and for events, providing a fantastic evening.
