Great food but horrible customer service. As i places an order for pickup over the phone, the lady was very rude. In her tone of voice you can hear everything. She said she could not here me a little and very rude tone , and when i finished my order she groaned in a very loud manner. Did not make me feel pleasant at all
I tried this deli after a recommendation from someone when our office moved nearby. It was just ok. My sandwich was ok, and my small order of fries needed to be cooked a lot longer as I ended up throwing 90%of them away. Might give them one more try at some point with the benefit of the doubt, but was not wowed with my first and only visit so far.
