Cups N Cones is the best spot to head to after a long day on the way back from Tod’s, or just my go to place after dinner! Their fro-yo is so fresh, the overall atmosphere of the place is super super clean, and everyone in there is so friendly! I also LOVE that they use Longford’s ice cream products. Longford’s has THE BEST flavors and just such an amazing product!

Terrible AWFUL experience. We had to ask for a REFUND because they were UNABLE to make two (2) milkshakes. Each was a single flavor. Nothing else.
Our server took our order AND CHARGED OUR CREDIT CARD. She then reluctantly made the first milkshake, and then stopped. At that point she began checking out other customers… with the first milkshake sitting on the counter (we already paid).
We kept waiting and self-serve people kept coming. She kept checking them out. Zero awareness of continuing the order she took. Milkshake remained on the counter. She didn’t even try to hand it to us.
So we keep sitting watching the strawberry milkshake we’ve already paid for, turn into strawberry milk. As she happily checks out more and more people.
Eventually (after 20 MINUTES) we had enough and we asked for our money back. This place makes money because of the location and NOT because of the service.
I literally HAD TO CUT THE LINE just to get my money back.
It’s a good thing our son is a baby, because if he was any older he probably would have cried from the experience.

We had such a great experience with Cups n Cones for our son’s 4th birthday. Anna was incredibly easy to work with and communication was seamless from start to finish.
She recommended vendors, and we went with Mad Science, which was a huge hit. We transformed the shop into an “ice cream science lab,” and both kids and adults loved it.
The ice cream selection—featuring Longfords ice cream was high quality and a true fan favorite, and the overall setup felt really unique.
Everything came together effortlessly for a fun, memorable celebration highly recommend!

We LOVE this place. It’s my husband’s favorite place to go for ice cream and my favorite place to go for frozen yogurt. They have so many flavors and just an overall amazing menu of sweet treats. It’s a family-owned business and you can feel that in the atmosphere. This is a great place to come on a date night or with the family.
