Cups N' Cones of Old Greenwich

Anna was so helpful and responsive in coordinating my daughter’s bday. They were also flexible and open to whatever we wanted to bring in to the store which was much appreciated. The kids had a great time and of course enjoyed their ice cream treats after dancing and crafts. Thank you Cups n’ Cones!

Delicious ice cream

We absolutely love this place! We’ve been going for years and love it.
Our kids love all types of ice cream, milkshakes, ice cream cookies, everything.
And we just had my daughter’s birthday party and it was so much fun!
All of the staff are very nice and they helped us throughout the event.

The place has a pretty cool vibe and decent seating! But it’s really small in there, and when it’s busy, the line of people waiting unfortunately goes right in front of the frozen yogurt self serve area, blocking it completely. Not the biggest problem ever but it was just slightly annoying. I get it that it was just busy that day though. I do wish there were a couple more places for outside seating; I think there’s only one or two small benches.

Dietary restrictions: Non-dairy options.

Parking: It’s probably a tiny bit hard to find if you don’t know the area but behind the building there is a really big open parking lot, which is cool. I don’t completely remember the time restrictions on it though, sorry. There’s street parking but it’s usually full.

Was worried there wouldn't be a lot of vegan options but there's two dairy free flavors and tons of toppings that are so delicious and reasonably priced for froyo! The cashier was really nice too I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area again

Ice cream quality was decent, only dry toppings, no fresh fruit. Bathrooms were filthy, tables inside were dirty, the floor was sticky, melted ice cream on the floor and the trash can outside the shop was overflowing with trash. They should really keep and eye on this place, I was very surprised since it’s located in a rich town in CT.

We had the best time celebrating our son's 3rd birthday at Cups n' Cones! The location is perfect and Anna and her team could not have made it simpler. Besides the obvious perk of having ice cream and toppings for the kids, the space also gives you the opportunity to plan any other activities you like. We will definitely be back for future parties!

We recently ordered an 8-inch vanilla and strawberry ice cream cake from Cups n' Cones. The cake was beautifully decorated, and we were able to choose all the colors. It tasted absolutely delicious!Anna provided us with warm and helpful service.Thank you for making our son’s birthday extra special!

If you have a sweet tooth this is the place for you! it smells like Candy land Place is Clean and Staff are always nice. Definitely recommend to try and enjoy an ice cream or frozen Yogurt of your choice.

Their frozen yogurt makes me feel things I’ve never felt before
