Pool is like a Clorox steam room 🥴 (didn't use it) full of people and small, nothing like the picture...that was the whole point of booking this hotel. Also parking shouldn't be an extra $25.
We did a day pass it was nice unfortunately the pool and spa was closed due to an accident earlier and didn't open till 3pm. However we ended up exploring the area and still had a great time and ended our day at the pool and spa. I think this little mishap actually made our day better.
Great location and comfortable stay. The hotel is gorgeous, with self parking or valet for guests. Our room was lovely. A nice space facing the atrium. However, I do recall an additional $20 charge that was put out during our booking that stated we would be able to possibly upgrade to a corner room, and we did not get that. Feels as though we need a refund for that $20, no?
