Was very upset when I got home and my burgers were burnt after asking to have them fresh off the broiler. In today's economy I expect my food to be on par, had to throw all 4 of my burgers I ordered in the trash

The food was absolutely amazing and my Oreo milkshake never melts on me. The crew is kind and helpful to me in my current half paraplegic condition
I judge BKs by their Impossible Whoppers as I do not eat meat. I usually have them for breakfast! This BK makes the perfect Impossible Whopper. Crispy edge and charred exterior with lots of lettuce and cheese. Excellent. And the fries were crispy and perfect. Friendly staff. Really make it MY WAY!

Great coffee and clean and fresh burritos for breakfast

Dinner time 6:30pm. Dining room and kids playscape room were both very clean. Cashier greeted me right away. Friendly service. French fries were hot and crispy and the Whopper was fresh. I have no complaints. Kids enjoyed running around the playscape. Better Burger King than most I’ve been too in Southeastern CT. Goodjob.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly playscape. Clean and safe. Burger King crowns for everyone.
The guy at the drive thru has no personality and is completely miserable. Very rude and unfriendly. The man seems angry at every human he encounters. The food? It's fast food what can you expect? It's decent. Every time I hear this man through the speaker I almost just want to drive away. I've seen the complaints about some of the workers not being fluent in English but give me them over that angry man. Edit: Boy oh boy I didn't think it could worse. Was I wrong. Pull up to the speaker and I don't know what the guy said. "Welcome to" and that is all I understood. Like it was a major struggle for him to get the words out. Not because of language barrier but because he didn't want to be bothered! Lazy. I keep hoping for better customer service but nope.

For some reason whenever I go to Burger King even though I thought they advertised breakfast all day they never sell me a sausage Croissant after 11am.That's the only reason for four star. I do love cheesy tots and double cheeseburger ?
