First timer!The Monkey Farm is located right next to The Amtrak / shoreline train station.We finished off our day after a train ride to Guilford - at the Monkey Farm.It was a full house, it felt like a lot of regulars, which made for a comfortable feeling.The bartender was busy, but made eye contact with me within a minute of standing at the bar and we ordered our beers and sat at a table on the inside porch.I cannot rate the food, we did not eat there. Great experience! Food here is very good. The place is cozy… you can sit inside, by the bar or in enclosed porches. Service is also good. Parking is reasonable amount of spaces.Surprised on how delicious the seafood ? entrees were.For starters we had the onion soup crock and the cream of broccoli ? soup. Both very good.I got the baked shrimp which were stuff with delicious crab ? meat. Yum. My boyfriend had the cod fish which was also stuffed with crab meat.Also splurged...read full review

First visit on a cold rainy day. Followed a couple to seating in an enclosed porch area, thinking inside area just a bar. Wish I had investigated as there was a cozy table in front of a fireplace that would have been warmer. Food was delicious, lobster roll, fries and slaw all very flavorful. Prices were reasonable and enjoyed reading about history of the building.
