Poor customer service
My wife and son were here this past Saturday. Their order was messed up twice.
I understand mistakes can happen however own your mistakes. Don’t try to blame somebody else and cop an attitude you just lost some customers.
We make a point to try and shop at local businesses, but when the local businesses cannot provide good service and then have an attitude on top of it, it makes it difficult
