Have you ever wanted to move somewhere just because of the coffee shop? This place is like one of the happiest places on earth, the manager is supportive and the staffs communication is something I've never seen before ... They call out who they are working on, they talk to each other flawlessly and they all seem to REALLY love their job. You all have no idea how much of a difference that makes, it's epic. Thank you so much you made an ordinary Tuesday absolutely extraordinary.
I had such an amazing experience thanks to Christine and the entire staff! They truly went above and beyond to make my Starbucks visit enjoyable. The Old Saybrook team is professional and efficient, keeping lines moving even on the busiest days with a smile. Customers are welcomed and greeted as soon as they walk in. The service consistently exceeds expectations, with friendly and attentive staff who always get drink orders right. The outdoor seating is wonderful on good weather days, and the space is clean and well-maintained. However, the inside lacks a coffee house feel, with small tables close together and awkward bar seating behind a pillar. The only downside is the limited and often inconvenient parking. Overall, the restaurant is an asset to Old Saybrook.
