The only Dunkin I will go to 1635 Boston post rd old saybrook. There is a girl who works there goes by the name of Katie/kate/Kaitlyn she has great customer skills. Always greets us with a smile. She makes us laugh. She is very nice. Always makes sure our order is right. Whatever you do give this girl a raise. It is so hard to find someone who has that much friendly customer service
The guy at the counter was great, so friendly and always had a smile on his face. Mike was great too!
Ordered a large decaf iced latte with whole milk and caramel swirl. Coffee tasted like a latte minus the caramel. Not sure Dunkin is worth going to at all. Only in a pinch.
