A little pricey , but you get what you pay for. The food is absolutely excellent!
We met friends here. Appreciate how gluten-free friendly the menu is and still very tasty. Only small issue was that the tuna steak was a bit overcooked, but still tasty. I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area.
My wife and I just moved to Old Saybrook in the spring. We’ve been trying some really good restaurants but recently made our way to La Marea. Mainly because it was always so busy but I have to say it’s the best restaurant in town. Excellent service, food and ambience. Were gluten free because I was diagnosed celiac a few years ago which isn’t great when going to an Italian restaurant but the gluten free options are plentiful and delicious.
