My girlfriends and I booked a weekend stay at the Saybrook Point and were looking for a cool local spot. We came across Sip Wine Bar (about a mile from the resort) and it was incredible!!! Amazing service, great chill atmosphere & best charcuterie board we’ve ever had. Owner Derek is so personable and nice! We had the best time. Will absolutely come back! 100% recommend.
Our fourth visit here. Derrick has created something truly magical here. The environment is really perfect for the offering. Best cheeseboard around bar none! Fabulous ever-changing wine lists, by glass, half bottle or bottle so lots of opportunity to try different wines. Ryan our server a total gent, helpful, knowledgeable and engaging. Derrick really has created something special here. Can't wait for our fifth visit

My wife and I went with another couple over the holidays. The other couple were true wine experts as they are producers of wine on a national level. We each had two flights and the wines were amazing. With the help of Derrick we were able to order some outstanding matching food. This little gem is a must go. The experience was tremendous.
