My boyfriend, his 2 girls and I went subway today around 2pm they had no bread no wraps only flatbreads so we had no choice, the the fountain soda machine spit out so much mold like big chunks of mold it was awful. We only got 4 sandwiches well flatbreads and they charged us $60 wtf

On top of that they have the ordasity to say there bathroom is closed for paying customers. Yet u have an rea for seated eating customers. Trash can never get my service!!!

Went to grab lunch before a dive. There were people behind me on line that got serviced before I did. Needless to say the bread magically was out after that. How is this anyway to run a business? I won't ever be going back to Old Saybrook. Terrible service. Never even ordered I was so mad.
Didn’t want to go to a subway again because of my last experience at the Essex location, but I came to the Old Saybrook location and was greeted so kindly and given much appreciation for their business here. Would absolutely come back.
