Didn’t want to go to a subway again because of my last experience at the Essex location, but I came to the Old Saybrook location and was greeted so kindly and given much appreciation for their business here. Would absolutely come back.
When you think “I need a sandwich” you should look no further than this establishment. Located conveniently right off route 1 in Old Saybrook, it is THE destination for great, freshly made sandwiches.
Very friendly staff who provide above and beyond customer service. I usually stop in on my way to work to pick up lunch from here and every time I am always greeted and always feel like a valuable customer.
