They are extremely slow for a fast food place . It took them a hour to do a $8 meal which comes with a single burger and some fries . If your on your 30 minute lunch break DONT GO HERE

We stopped in on our way to and from a soccer tournament and we were very happy with everything. The food was hot and fresh. The service was great. The building is a bit small, so not great for big groups. Everything was clean, including the bathrooms. There was plenty of parking each time we stopped. We will gladly be going back the next time we are passing through!

Stopped in on my way home from a long drive, my wife and I had already gone past dinner time and needed some re fuel. It was conveniently placed pretty close to the highway not more then a mile off. So no issue with getting off and back on. The area from the outside looked really nice well groomed even. Maybe that's because of the area more then just a franchise standard. Now when we got inside the girl at the register was dismissive, impatient, and did not want to be there at all. We maintained a friendly attitude and just continued to order. Although I definitely felt her frustration for us being there as if we bothered her in some way. And to clarify it was around 630 pm so not near closing at all. My wife and I were the only ones in there as well. So non the less we received the food, it came in a tray although we asked for it to go. When we asked for boxes she rolled her eyes and went back behind the counter to get them. That alone actually took her a good 5 minutes. While she was doing that I had asked for a sauce to go with my wife's order she had forgotten to ask. I went to another employee since the gal was still getting the box. He wasn't any kinder when he responded, verbally goes and makes a bothersome sigh, as he states yeah I guess I could. Now I'm like what on earth is up with this place. Does everyone here act like this all the time? And not for nothing... It was almost 40 dollars for 2 burgers, a small fry to share, and one shared drink. I could have gone to a nice sit down burger joint and gotten twice the quality with out half the headache. So on that note.. would I recommend this place.. no. Not at all would it be worth your time to try it at least once in your life. Maybe find another location because in my opinion the food was just okay. The service made this place a 10 out of 10 will not go to again. I wish I had something better to say but I can't change the experience. I did how ever tell them all to have a great day when we left in hopes some positive energy might even help w.e. dysfunction they are working with over there to drive such a poor attitude.

Randomly took a highway exit when traveling home from Cape Cod and stumbled upon Wayback Burgers. The burger was freshly cooked and delicious. The fries were quite good as well. The wait staff was so pleasant. Wayback Burgers was a good find!

I have loved this place because I love their turkey burgers been eating them for years. Can't eat alot of red meat but love I can put what I want on it. Always tastes great. One day my boyfriend and I went in, him to get his Burger and me to get my turkey burger. Best of both worlds. I'm told they don't have turkey burgers anymore. WAIT WHAT? Did I hear you correctly. I want a burger.lol I'm told i can have chicken. Your name is Wayback Burger. I know this is not this branches fault but it sucked when I was watching my boyfriend enjoy his Burger. I do like the fries and sometimes I go in alot of workers and sometimes not enough. Started eating the chicken sanwich and It was really delicious and my boyfriend got the double cheeseburger with pepper jack and the fixings. I do love their fries. Crispy and not shoe string. Honestly it was all around delicious. The only down side is the bun which is tasty but doesn't hold up. It starts to fall apart or disintegrate. Literally in a few bites my sandwich is a hot mess...but tasty 😋. The chocolate shakes are also delicious. We have loved this place over the years and there is one cook who gets it perfect every time. I started to like the chicken sandwich and enjoy everything but unfortunately it has been bought out and the wayback burger greeting, food, and customer service has gone down but I come now when one cook is working so I know Ill enjoy my sandwich.
