One standout employee, Ellen, is particularly commended for her exceptional customer service, warmth, and dedication to ensuring customers find what they're looking for. The bakery's offerings are also cherished for their quality and flavor, with some customers waxing poetic about the store's pastries, cakes, and donuts. One reviewer fondly recalls the sensation of walking down the block to visit the Bayshore location, where the enticing aroma of freshly baked goods would waft through the windows, tantalizing their senses.
