“I was looking for a place to let me pup run off some energy and spoted this coffee joint on my way the next day i had to try them out and man was i happy i did. I received a medium 2 shot Latte w/ almond milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon and holy smokes it brought me back to my favorite coffee place I would frequent back in my day in Litchfield @ the conner and this place nailed it. The coffee made me smile from my first sip truly perfection in a cup. My wife had avocado & egg salad sandwich, which is one of her favorites. It's small and has only a few tables and a small counter, but it is comfortable. I spent more on a few of their deserts for take out.There is plenty of parking in a rather nondescript strip mall. Once you are inside you easily forget that you are on the busy main road.Dietary restrictions: They have Gluten Free bread and wraps so I was able to have the grilled cheese chicken sandwich, which was really good.They also have a selection of GF deserts; cakes, brownies etc.“

“Naugatuck Nutrition has definitely been a lifesaver in a town that has very little nutritional options and overpriced, mediocre-at-best takeout. Great for when you’re hungover, needing to curb a sweet craving, wanting a light lazy breakfast/lunch, or are feeling sick. Would I say that I agree with the use of Multi level marketing Herbalife? I definitely do not like that part and surely would be happier with a protein mix that includes whole food powders, and more nutrients. It’s understandable how many can see this as overpriced, however as someone who makes protein shakes at home regularly, the prices make sense. You are not only paying for a protein shake, but you are paying for something more indulgent and that’ll taste great, as well as the labor that goes into it. Rather than having one powder you have endless possibilities of flavor combinations and are buying time off of your hands. For me it’s between paying $8-$13 for a healthier meal replacement, or having to opt in to supporting businesses that make low quality, nutritionless food and charge twice that amount… or I cook for myself which I don’t always have time for! He seemed super personable and addressed quite a few customers by name when the walked in. I love to see people who are passionate about the work they do.
