“Very friendly and helpful workers, this is a healthy way to start my day with a nutritious shake, I asked what kind should I get, Mark I believe he is one of the owners asked me what I like..., peanut butter, chocolate, cheese cake, and so on... I ordered the butter finger. And it tasted just like the candy. Then I ordered a Susie Q energy tea, 2nd down... it was very refreshing! I will definitely be stopping bye daily! Enjoy!!“
“This place just keeps getting better and better. We originally got hooked by the Banana/blueberry chia pudding bowl. ( I can't stop eating them) In the past month we have been out about 8 times. ? Now I am hooked on the wraps and salad bowls oh! and the smoothies are Soo good! This place has it all. Now the reason I chose to write this review was not just about the incredible food but because of the manager. I get out a lot and I have never ever watched a manager that takes such pride in her job. You would think she owns the place. Every single time we have gone she has been there smiles and all. It is so refreshing to see people with such pride. This last time the place slowed down for a moment and she came over and asked us how we were. Her name is Daniela and headquarters really should know she is a keeper! She truly loves that place and really knows how to run it. “Obsessed with this adorable spot in downtown Shelton! I talked to the owner who was so nice, and they’re super dog friendly so seeing all of the pups really brightened my day. It’s one of those spots where almost everyone is a regular and they all know each other, so it felt very community oriented! My fiancé and I grabbed a sunny table near the window and had such a delicious breakfast of avocado toast and the George’s sandwich with our coffees. I really liked the iced pumpkin one I had! I will definitely be keeping this spot in mind for future trips to downtown Shelton!“

My friends and I were blown away by the overwhelming amount of flavors they offer for their shakes. It was an experience for us when we visited. We ordered Jamocha and Christmas Crack shakes that came we teas as complimentary. Don't let the overwhelming flavors deter you from trying out the drinks because they were very delicious. I love the fact that they are not too sweet and overly chocolate-y. They also use healthy ingredients to help you increase your vitamins/supplements intake (not for medical purposes). The service was excellent as well. 10/10 recommended!“

“Was in the area for a dentist appt (shout out to Dr Shubber!), and was looking for a place to grab a quick smoothie. This place was new and had great reviews on google, so I figured I'd give it a shot... I was not disappointed! Gina, the owner was super friendly and gave me the rundown of the menu (sooo many delicious options) and chatted with me the whole time she was making my smoothie. I got the banana nut bread smoothie (200 calorie meal replacement!) and couldn't resist adding a touch of whipped cream and walnut crumbles to the top. It was thick and creamy like a milk shake, tasted just like banana nut bread, and totally filled me up! I will definitely back to explore the rest of the menu!“

“We live about 30 mins away and wanted to try a Bridgeport Caribbean Restaurant. We chose this restaurant because of google reviews and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The large food portions could easily feed 2 adults or 3 kids. We ordered the escovitch fish, curry goat and brown stew chicken. All were extremely tasty. I must also note that the curry goat was mostly meaty unlike most places that give mostly bones. Thank you, we'll be back.Dietary restrictions: They have good nondairy options for starches. The food is very tasty and plentiful.“

You can tell they were very fresh and I loved that you could taste every ingredient.
