“We always get rt 12 taco, recently we ordered and they forgot to give us 1 thing we ordered and we paid for it. So we called we weren’t mad at all, but they told us that once we come back they'll give it to us. So instead of going back that day we went back the following day and I called prior to getting there so that they had enough time to make them. Once we got there they caught me off guard a little bit because not only did they give us our food they also reimbursed us for it. I can’t tell you how kind that is, and how much I appreciate it. Thank you so much. You guys made our day.“
