Parking: It could be tricky to find parking because of the area.“

“I had a tough day at work so I popped by this Chili's for Happy Hour. I was seated quickly into a clean, comfy booth. The server recommended the Triple Dipper - I chose the Southwestern egg rolls, Fries Mozzarella, and Nashville hot tenders. It's hard to go wrong with their fried apps - they were delicious and the pull on the mozzarella sticks were amazing. I tried the margarita of the month for only $6 - Autumn Breeze. It was similar to a very strong sex on the beach but with tequila. It was so strong I could only have 1 before leaving! I topped everything off with their delicious cookie skillet. Chili's is great for a lil solo happy hour or low key gathering with friends. I'll def be coming back!“

“Went on Halloween night shortly after 8pm with my wife. First time at this location, my honey chipotle crispers with Texas fries and broccoli was on point and my wife was pleased with the chipotle chicken rice bowl. Our only complaint was that Thursday night football wasn’t on the any of the tv’s, so we mentioned to staff and were told that they didn’t have the tv station. This was unacceptable, as we along with several others customers at the bar resorted to streaming the game on our cell phones while we ate. Please take this into consideration, and we will be back soon!
Checking out was very convenient with the kiosk right at the bar. Shout out to the bartender for holding down a busy night on her own!“

We were in after dinner rush. I was craving a particular "viral" appetizer, literally the reason for the visit. Placed our order and was told shortly after that they were out. I was disappointed, but understanding as these things sometimes happen.
The manager on duty came to the table to apologize profusely about it. Specifically stating that in this tough economy she appreciated that we chose to come in to her location to dine and that she felt terrible they did not have the menu item we ordered. The manager also stated that she hoped this experience wouldn't deter any future visits.

I was in the service industry for many years, I thought this was above and beyond!

“Staff are always friendly and accommodating when asking for a change to the order. If you take your food to go and realize it was made wrong, as long as you bring back both the food and the receipt, they're happy to remake the food. I've definitely revisited this place several times in the past week alone.

Dietary restrictions: If the staff is made aware of any allergies, they make sure that no contact with the allergen is made.

Parking: Located in a plaza with plenty of parking, but the area in front of the store does fill quite fast

Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and booths that move, as well as tables with chairs that pull out for easier access when seating.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's no stairs to get in and the food selection in the front is low enough that it can be seen from a wheelchair. They also have handheld menus at the front for if you can't read the screens.“

“Great little taco shop in West Warwick! We chanced upon it by sheer coincidence, and boy, was it good! The tacos and taco salad were delicious and freshly made, and the custard filled churros were to die for. I also had the fried plantains which were yummy. Highly recommended!“
