Always an amazing selection, in fact that is my only real complaint... they offer so much its overwhelming! If you have time to sit and sample one of your purchases make sure you get an espresso... it is worth the wait!

My mother in law ordered cookies for a Celebration of Life and they were all stuck together. We couldnt use the bottom 4 layers. We notified the shop and nobody cared. We finally got a call back from owner saying they would give us something else. We don't want anything else. We live in Florida now. We were home for this Celebration and will never use or recommend them again. We never had an issue in the lastand were made to feel asthough we were lying about the cookies being stuck together. We used a knife to attempt to separate them making a bigger mess. They should have offered my mother in law a refund. The cookies were expensive, inedible and a mess. We took photos. Their lack of caring that they sent a mushed pile of cookies is unacceptable.

The desserts here are not it. They just aren’t. I love desserts. I consider myself a connoisseur. The bakery is nice, the service is nice, the desserts are for the most part, bad. They are twists added to traditional desserts that just don’t match. In overall, have had better baked goods, not far away from this neighborhood. I get that this store might have regulars, but if you know your desserts, you know what I mean!

I love their baked goods and friendliness but I would never ordered their cakes anymore for any occasion. Everytime I order when pick up they never make it and acknowledge my order.

Today,and last week the customer service is ridiculous, the young girl working is overwhelmed because the woman with the glasses in her 60's talks so much and completely forgets there are other customer waiting, she talked for 10 minutes with a man sharing stuff from his phone.I am not one to complain but myself and another customer left and it didn't phase her a bit. You no longer have my business at that location she definitely can't be one of the owners. It won't let me post without a rating, I'm being gracious

I ordered over $45 worth of pastries being pregnant and all and they got my order incorrect when I tried to get my Uber eats to give me a refund they couldn't and I honestly am highly disappointed how much did I spend mad

i order a gelato ice cream and 4 small cookies and I recieved a small cup with 2 small scoops ! altogether the total was $ 9.66 . Although the quality was good the quality wasnt worth it at all.

Good Italian bakery, the this by that got me was that I was their at noon on a Saturday, wanted some gelato and they said they were just putting it out and it want ready, I would figure on a weekend, it would be out in the morning so by noon it was ready

I've been coming here for years and it has always been a great experience, the service is great they great you as soon as you walk in. always friendly! strawberries and peaches cake is delicious so is the chocolate mousse cake.

I got a marble ricotta cake and it was very dry. No one at the party liked the cake! I called the bakery and spoke to Gina and she told me that is how the marble cake is supposed to be. She was very rude and condescending, and I will never order another cake from them again!! You should definitely think twice before ordering a cake from them!!!
