My first time at the Plainville location was this Sunday. There was a long line but that was no problem as it was Sunday afternoon as well as Father’s Day. I finally approached the counter to order and was pointing to the pastries I wanted to order as there were no signs in front of the pastries and I didn’t know the names of most of them. The woman behind the counter was incredibly rude each time I pointed to a pastry. After a few choices I wanted to leave as I was getting frustrated with the woman behind the counter. I walked up to the register to pay and took my receipt. I said thank you. The same woman that rang me out and gathered the pastries for me said nothing, and walked away. She did not hand me the boxes of pastries I ordered. My boyfriend had to ask if the pastries on the complete other side of the counter were ours, and she responded with “yeah”. Other customers in line witnessed the rude behavior and made comments to me when I was walking out. Overall, the customer service was unacceptable and rude. I will never go back here purely because of that woman’s customer service. Pasties were very good though.

I bought a moose cake for my son, Joshua.For his birthday, it was mostly moon served barely any cake in it.I was very disappointed , paying forty two dollars for this cake

Mozzicato's is usually our go-to for birthday cakes, but I think we are done here. Their prices have gone WAY up (my daughter's birthday cake last year was $60, this year was $90!!), and the quality isn't the same. The cake was dry, writing was very sloppy and our instructions weren't followed (she asked for teal flowers, but when told they might not have any teal frosting, asked for lots of different rainbow colors, they only did red and yellow). Will not be wasting my money here again.

This place had some of the best cannolis I have ever had. They fill them after you order so they are very fresh. Amazing. Do not pass this place by!

I Never Write Any Bad Reviews This is first time all 3 different things where all stale and old the eclair cream filling was hard and unpleasant tasting my sons chocolate chip cookie was a hockey puck and wife’s fruit whip cream cake was dry

Just go, the cookies the pastries the coffee the cannolis are all fantastic. They don't take credit cards for anything under $10 so either bring cash or spend over $10. You will not be disappointed.

No labels on any of the pastries/cookies. When asked about products, the staff acts annoyed. Attitude from beginning to end. Make it make sense. If you guys are so bothered with getting asked what everything is which turns to constant attitude maybe add names and prices for products?

Bought a Cannoli cake from here, it was absolutely delicious. It was so fresh. I will b coming back here again. They have alot to offer here.

I have been getting my cannolis chocolate on one end and ricotta on the other end for 50 years. All of a sudden we cant do that. Would that be lazyness lack of customer service or just plain who cares ??
Good by ill shop elsewhere.
