“My friend and I had such a nice night out here! Totally loved the vibe, and the menu had so many interesting choices. We loved everything that we tried! Highlights included the queso for 2, meatballs, cauliflower satay, and fig melt. I haven’t seen anything like the Frenchman’s burger before! Such a cool idea and perfect for French onion soup lovers. Every menu item was unique in some way, and they had a great list of seasonal cocktails. Since I don’t drink, the bartender was so nice and made a special mocktail with cranberry and rosemary! The staff was so friendly, and everything was delicious. I’ll definitely be visiting again!“

“I can’t believe I hadn’t heard of Zuppa until recently - this is totally a hidden gem! Everything was so flavorful, even the olive oil with fresh Italian bread! You can tell everything is made from scratch, and even the drinks were fantastic. The calamari was crispy and served with such a good marinara sauce that I could’ve drank honestly, and the meatballs were fantastic. Delicious French onion soup and Caesar salad, and the chicken Milanese was piled with arugula and veggies. The pork chop was super tender and the homemade cheesecake for dessert was a great way to end the meal. I can’t wait to visit again already! The food came out very quickly, and the servers were attentive. It was a classic dining room and everything was clean.“

“Not what we expected in regards to food. Place was beautiful with live acoustic music providing a fun atmosphere. We were expecting typical American pub food and received "fancy fusion" foods that were very good with truffle oils and sheep cheese and various sauces. Pleasantly surprised.“

“Came here a few times and food was great! The service the other times were about a 6/10 but it was busier. Today we came for brunch and we received exceptional service! Taisha was a friendly and a super attentive bartender. We loved her! Wilson the cook was dope as well! I like my wings abnormally well done and the cook came out to ask me how I wanted them. He was so nice! The music is a vibe too! I loved the staff, they made our experience a 10/10!!! Ps- blue cheese dressing is fire as is the Rasta pasta- everything fresh and homemade! Unlimited mimosas for $20 and Tasha kept them coming! 10/10 for today ?“

“With warm weather in June, we sat outside on The Oak Patio to watch musician Timmy Maia cover well-known songs. The Oak Patio serves the TimeOut Sports & Pizza Bar menu which includes usual pub fare such as burgers, gourmet pizza, appetizers, salads and sandwiches plus a few high end dinners. Full bar with craft beers in addition to a good selection of wine. Arrive early if you want to sit in the comfortable sectional and seatings in front of the stage inside the fenced in area. Our friends got there an hour before the show and we still could only be seated at a table for four outside the fence, which allows diners to see the entertainment but through the iron bars. All of our food and drinks were very good and served in a timely manner: coconut shrimp, calamari and nachos for starters. Kobe burger with bacon and fried egg; French dip handheld sandwich with sliced beef, cheddar and au jus; Jerry Pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni. My partner, an old friend of Timmy's wanted to say hi during intermission so we went through the lobby of the Doubletree hotel by Hilton Hotel where this venue is located in Bristol, and went inside the enclosure so they could shake hands, catch up and take some photos. It's a nice place to get out and have a meal with or without a band. There's a lot of greenery, palms, plants and white lights under a white tented roof for the enclosed main area.“

“After reading recent reviews, and being a recent guest, I’d like to highlight having consideration of the influx of patrons vs the availability of hospitality staff. Since COVID, small businesses (ALL restaurants ) have suffered immensely. And yet, since COVID, those who continue to offer their time and effort as bartenders, servers, hosts(esses) and BOH crew to build, support and believe in said small businesses should be given some credit. There are much fewer in the industry, and it needs to be acknowledged that it comes with some much needed patience from the masses. Your food came out wrong? That’s why. Politely explain your issue. Your drink came out late? That’s why. He/she is inundated. You see an open table but you’re told there’s no available tables? There’s not enough servers. Be. Patient. Be hospitable. Just like they’ll be for you. That being said, give Jenny, Laura, Jenn and Kyle a shoutout next time you Ideal. They’ll appreciate your extra effort showing appreciation & patience for the time they’ve put into what they love doing.“

The decor was nice and inviting . The bartender Jessica was fabulous, the other girls were friendly as well. They have a pretty good happy house menu so definitely I'll go there again.
