I have been complaining about Dunkin Donuts at the corner of Rt66/17 for years to them and nothing comes of it. If you drive thru their drive thru after ordering food, when you get to the register, there is a small box outside the window that is supposed to tell you the price of your food, Since it has been broken for the past 5 years (and they are not fixing git) It read "NOTHING", so that is what you should pay for the food for. All employees at this location are hard- working, personable, and kind. I came in to pick up a mobile order that wasn’t ready because they were down 2 people. I was in a bit of a rush, but it was clear the two men were doing the best they could with what they had. At the end, Curt bought me a 10 gift card, with his own money, because he felt bad. 1t time at this location. Guess what? best location, just wish it was closer. Made my coffee perfect and my food was wonderful. The staff at the window were amazing.
