Makes me so sad to give this place a bad review because the food is great but this is the 3rd time that I go to the place and it's just randomly closed without any notice online. I'll drive all the way there, get my kids, stroller and stuff out of the car only to walk up to the door and see that there is a sign saying that it's closed. Today's reason was that Christina had an exam and had no one to cover the restaurant. Makes me sad because I love going there but don't want to drive 40 minutes round trip over and over again to see that the place is not open when it should be.

I am eating breakfast at Old Mill Market right now and so impressed, I needed to leave a review which I’ve never done in the moment like this. We are eating a fantastic breakfast sandwich on a little patio. Food great and a really enjoyable place to eat it. This is our new breakfast place!

Not a good place to go for bagels.
Images are misleading. I even called ahead to inquire about bagels, but when I got there they had only two overpriced plain bagels. They no longer have a display rack like one of the images shows. The bagels were overpriced and mediocre. You'd be better off buying frozen.
I'm sure their other food must be better.

It is so hard to find gluten free and vegan options in Connecticut, but I can always count on Old Mill! The service is always fantastic, and it is a wonderful place to sit and relax.

Hands down the BEST vegan and GF cakes anywhere in the area. It’s no easy task getting this right and wow, just wow. The specialty birthday cake was out of this world and the cupcakes were phenomenal. This is our new go-to.Vegan GF sandwiches are outstanding, staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and we always walk away with a gift for someone from their little shop. This is a real gem! My only criticism is that the shop is a little tucked away so not enough people know where to find it.

Great place. It’s clean and well organized. They take online orders and on phone. They have outdoor seats and a big parking lot which they share with some other business. There was a very nice employee that welcomed me with a warm smile . I came in asked for a recommendation and the employee recommended an avocado BLT. This is a very acidic sandwich ? but very nice taste. I posted few pictures so that you can see how it looks and by the look you can probably determine if this will be one of your choose when you come and visit this place.
