I grabbed lunch here today with a buddy. Very cool place with both indoor and outdoor seating. I went with the half chicken with side salad and collard greens. Chicken was perfect. Good greens too, very tender and tasty. Good service as well. I used to go to Dino BBQ in Stamford. The Wire Mill’s BBQ is superior. Keep smoking fellas!
SO GODD!!!!!! Looking for a BBQ restaurant and decided on this one, he really good reviews. So glad we did. Started with the sliders. Brisket, pulled pork and their homemade sausage. The sausage was amazing. Then we had the brisket sandwich and the boneless pork rib wrap but on a roll and collard greens. Soooo delicious!! Will absolutely go back again.

Bbq meats were quite good. Service was friendly and efficient. Sides were pretty good also - collard greens were too salty though. Cornbread was tasty although small. Sauces were awful - vinegary and all tasted alike.
